The workshop aimed at exchanging the experiences of the pilot regions. This last INCORD workshop concentrated especially on the issue of project management. Every pilot region presented one key project which has been identified within their RDC process. These projects have been discussed and were assessed by an external expert, Dr. Reimar Molitor, Managing Director of the "Regionale 2010" in Cologne, Germany (see www.regionale2010.de).
