Within the Federal Association  (BVLEG) State Development Companies (LEG) and Real Estate Companies co-operate very closely. The BVLEG understands itself as interface within the high performance authority network. Thereby the BVLEG organizes and promotes the entire technical exchange, developes and organizes co-operations and  the know-how transfer. From this countrywide network public and private partners profit: technically and methodically. It represents the members' interests opposite the constitutional bodies and closely works together with other federations and organizations.
